The offer includes the basic changes of a purchased Freshdesk support theme: we can change the colors of Self-service Portal elements, use your corporate font and logo, change hero image and custom icons.
You will need to provide us with the colors, fonts, and images that you want to use. If you have brand’s style guide we can use it or we can take the colors and images from your main site.
The entire process takes around 4-5 days. We will create a demo Support Portal where you will be able to check all the changes. Then we can install the modified theme on your Support Portal (it’s free).
